First snow. We venture OUT from hibernation. It is 6 degrees warmer and it feels like a summer afternoon. Okay, how about an early spring morning and we are wearing long johns.
Winter is alive. We run, spin, and slide.

Refreshing!

Gabe headed inside (he lasted longer than I thought since he is always cold and we usually have to bribe him with chocolate) so Camille and I took a lovely sled walk.
We saw these bird tracks everywhere along with endless opened walnut shells.

Bryn loves to send snow whisking into the air with a dig of her nose.
When we returned we put the final touches on our snowman from things we collected on our walk.
